Vetripen by Digital Catalyzt. You can delete your account and the data on our server without the app and without your password. We only need to check that the email address is yours.
This is permanent. It removes your account, trusted contacts, journeys and live-location links, SOS and alert records, evidence stored on our server, consent record, subscription record and any pending sign-in codes. Things on your own phone, and anything you saved in your own Google Drive or iCloud, are not on our server; delete those yourself.
Kept after deletion: evidence that has been put under a legal hold (kept until the hold is released); a record that your account was deleted (a one-way coded form of your email address and the date, kept 35 days so that, if an old backup has to be restored, we can delete the account again: an extra precaution, not a guarantee); a short audit log of actions (an anonymous account number, the type of action, the identifier of the item it concerned and brief technical details such as counts; no name, email address or phone number); and the "stop" choice of any contact who asked not to receive alerts, which is tied to that contact's number, not to your account. Backup copies made before your deletion are not edited. Backup copies are kept for a limited time and then deleted, but we do not state a fixed period. Until a copy is deleted, data you deleted may still exist in it. We use backups only to recover from a failure.
